Exotic Smoke?

We found a local supplier of fire wood, lump charcoal, and exotic flavored smoking wood. We are going to check the place out and go to get a few samples of various woods and charcoals to experiment with. If you would like to go by and get a few samples of flavored smoking wood to try at our next team cook out, feel free. Judging School (UPDATED!)

If you are interested in taking the judging class for Memphis In May, there will be two classes offered on July 13th and 14th from 0830 - 3:00 pm. The cost is $60.00 available for the first 60 people only. The fee includes a continental breakfast and lunch.

Location: Holiday Inn Select at 160 Union Ave.
